as a hill of daffodils,
yellow
as dandelions by the highway,
yellow
as butter and egg yolks,
yellow
as a school bus stopping you,
yellow
as a slicker in a downpour.

It
feels
like a year has passed. It's
been long and strange
months, and
we learned to
live
in a different way
and
to appreciate
small things. A
late spring finally
arrives,
and we walk trough it always keeping our distance. We enjoy
blossoming
trees and
bright colors
to spread some
necessary optimism.
Halfway
between green lime and marigold orange, primrose yellow is a difficult
color to pull. Nevertheless, it Is a happy hue, sometimes scary to wear
and always fun.
Parece
que haya pasado un año. Han sido meses largos y extraños en los que
hemos aprendido a vivir de otra manera y a valorar las pequeñas
cosas. Esta primavera con sus esquina rota nos invita a visitarla de
lejos, disfrutar los arboles en flor y a vestirse de amarillo para
contagiar un poco la alegía. Explorar el tan necesario optimismo que
nos hace falta estos días.
