Last winter walk, or maybe not...

This winter days seems to last forever. After so many weeks of clouds, snow boots and heavy jackets , black ice and dark mood, we really need a bit of sunshine.  So, while the rest of the world is waiting for the next season and update their wardrobe, here (where the spring is coming only in the shop windows displays and the advertis ments ) we still enjoy snowmens , ice skating, gløgg wine and long nights . And of course we still get to wear or favourite winter coat, and the new fuchsia leather gloves. Cheers for the long winter! And looking forward the next season! Geometric Nordic, retro but traditional.

Norwegians have been expert knitters for centuries, a necessity in their cold climate. The Nordic sweaters and cardigans are very traditional and popular with hundreds of different designs available. Some patterns are inspired in nature (like flowers, snowflakes, or animal shapes) and some others are inspired by Norwegian folk costumes called bunads.   This geometric design retro sweater, an vintage 80's original is made in virgin wool, and of course cozy and warm.
